Job description
The position is a part-time external lecturer. Teaching will primarily be in Operations Management and Global Business Performance at the bachelor program Global Business Engineering and/or MSc. program Management Engineering. This includes knowledge on, e.g., various perspectives and theories that inform the formation and functioning of the contemporary extended enterprise; risk types(both internal and external) and their impacts in extended enterprises; the principles of value stream costing, using value stream mapping and business process re-engineering, and value engineering, target costing and chained target costing in cooperation between the focal company and its suppliers.
The position will be with the research group Center for Industrial Production.

Applicants must hold academic qualifications at master’s degree level.
Employment as a part-time lecturer requires either relevant practical experience at a high level which has not been gained through academic employment with a university, or employment in an academic principal position with another university.
Teaching qualifications are included in the assessment of applicants for a part-time lectureship.
A part-time lecturer who is employed on the merits of his or her relevant practical experience must possess in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the possible applications of the subject/academic discipline. This knowledge is/has been acquired through employment within the subject/academic discipline.
The application must include CV with a list of publications, diplomas and teaching portfolio or equivalent documentation of teaching experience and qualifications.
Shortlisting will be applied. After the review of any objections regarding the assessment committee, the head of department, with assistance from the chair of the assessment committee, selects the candidates to be assessed. All applicants will be informed as to whether they will advance to assessment or not.
